Before our arrival, we ask that you move any smaller items, personal effects, knick-knacks, breakables etc. safely out of the cleaning areas.  For carpet cleaning service, please do a thorough vacuum of the areas to enhance your cleaning experience.

During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.

• Pre-inspection before commencing work and post-inspection at the end of the job to ensure your cleaning needs and standards have been met. 

We move and replace most furniture such as end tables, coffee tables, chairs and sofas. We do not move pianos, TVs, computers, beds, china cabinets and other large or fragile items that our technician cannot safely move according to workplace safety regulations and our business insurance. After your cleaning is complete and the furniture replaced, do not remove the foil pads until the carpets are completely dry. Removal too early when the carpets are still damp increase the risk of wood or rust stains.

You can walk on your carpet immediately but we recommend that you limit traffic until completely dry. You can open windows and/or turn on fans to create air flow which will speed up the drying process. Typical drying times are 6-10 hours. It could, however, take up to 24 hours to dry depending on a variety of factors including time of year the carpets are cleaned, air circulation, humidity and temperature in your home.

You do not need to leave the house as we use environmentally friendly cleaning products. Our products are child and pet friendly. However, the loud noises may frighten them so it’s best to have a room where they can be away from the noise.

Dirt acts as an abrasive when tracked into your carpet or fabrics. A thorough cleaning extends can help maintain the original look and feel of your carpets and furniture. 

This depends of what type of stain, the material of the carpet and how long the stain has been imbedded. We will do our best to remove any that we see or are pointed out to us. We will pre-treat them to achieve the best results. Not everything can be removed but we will do our best.
